Full Description
The Kushaq offers two turbo-petrol engine options: a smaller 1-liter engine delivering 115 horsepower and 178 Newton-meters of torque, and a larger 1.5-liter engine producing 150 horsepower and 250 Newton-meters of torque. Both engines are available with a standard 6-speed manual gearbox, while automatic variants include a 6-speed torque converter for the 1-liter engine and a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission (DCT) for the 1.5-liter unit. In terms of fuel efficiency,
the 1-liter engine achieves approximately 19.76 kilometers per liter with manual transmission and 18.09 kilometers per liter with automatic transmission. On the other hand, the 1.5-liter engine delivers about 18.60 kilometers per liter with manual transmission and 18.86 kilometers per liter with DCT. Notably, the 1.5-liter engine is equipped with cylinder deactivation technology, allowing it to deactivate two cylinders under lighter loads for improved fuel efficiency.
