The Maruti Fronx is equipped with two engine options, namely a 1-litre turbo-petrol BoosterJet engine that boasts a power output of 100PS and a torque of 148Nm, and features mild-hybrid technology. The second option is a 1.2-litre Dualjet petrol engine with a power
output of 90PS and a torque of 113Nm, which is sourced from the Baleno. The 1-litre engine can be paired with a five-speed manual or a six-speed automatic transmission, while the 1.2-litre engine offers either a five-speed manual or a five-speed AMT.
